Dr Tony Ide Nwaka, a consummate Delta Politician; former Local government and ALGON Chairman, former commissioner in Delta State and House of Representative Candidate, has  established that his party has never lost election in his unit and ward.

Dr Tony Nwaka while responding to the media in Asaba established that in his over 20 years in the Peoples Democratic Party, the PDP never lost any election in his Ogwashi Uku unit and ward. Dr Nwaka maintained that the same thing continued when he moved to the APC. Chief Ide as he is mostly called, gave glowing tribute to his followers as the force for the political accomplishments.
I was moved today to put these facts on record as a public expression of gratitude to my followers, who have remained steadfast, sacrificing their time and resources for me in the face of great trials and tribulations.

"I was in the PDP for 20 years. All the while I was in the party, PDP never lost any election in my ward and my unit; Ward 2, Unit 10, Ogwashi Uku, Aniocha South LGA.
I left the PDP with my followers in 2022, the party lost every election in my Ward and my Unit.
Before I joined the APC in 2022, the party, or any opposition party for that matter, never won any election in my ward and my unit.
When I joined the APC with my followers, the party, for the first time, won elections in my Unit and my Ward.
If I am not mistaken, my Ward 2 may be the only Ward that APC won an election in the entire Delta North Senatorial District in the 2023 general elections. If there is any other Ward that APC won an election in the 2023 general elections in Delta North, I will like to know and congratulate them as well.

I am a politician. I believe that in politics, every man's electoral record is a reflection of his political strength.
