The meeting which was heavily attended by all the notable leaders of the party , Ward EXCO from the four wards in the clan, hosted by member of the state executive council and the Honourable commissioner for Technical education Delta State; Hon Smart Ijeoma Ufoh.
The leader of the clan, Hon Austin Chikezie, in his address, welcomed the sea of politicians and party executive emphasizing the need for unity in the clan and respect for the party leadership and the government of the Peoples Democratic Party as led by Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori.
The commissioner who was elaborate with appreciation for the gathering, reiterated the commitment of the state government as led by Rt hon sheriff Oborevwori to the advancement of the state. Hon Ufoh stated the commitment of the state governor to the various ongoing projects within the clan and in the local government, as well as many still in the consideration of the state government. He appreciated the clan for their unwavering support for the state governor Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori and leader, Sen Ifeanyi Okowa.
In his brief remark, Hon Emmanuel Sorokwu adopted the exaltations of Hon Chikezie and admonished the clan to be brothers keeper in encouragement.
Hon Collins Iwebunor admonished the clan to take pride in what it has accomplished, while not resting on past achievements, but to gear for more achievements in unity.
A leader in the clan and an elder, Hon Jerry Ossai admonished the clan to continue to build
the party in unity while admonishing the commissioner for Technical education to be conscious of the enormity of responsibilities on his shoulders. He stated that the corporate aspiration of the clan is on his shoulders.
Mr Nduka Okocha while acknowledging the solid stronghold of the party in the clan admonished respect and encouragement for leadership in the party
The Equity Crusaders (Concerned Youths for the Liberation of Aniocha South) speaking through their ambassadors, Comrades Isioma Okpor and Kester Obodo encouraged the clan party leaders to continue in the spirit of unity. However called on the party leaders to complete the promises and agreements reached ahead of the Local government elections
Hon Collins Iwebunor led and moved the motion a motion for implicit and explicit confidence in the leadership and government of Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori.
The motion was seconded by Hon Oluchukwu Oyem.
The motion which was put into voice vote by the leader of the clan, Hon Austin Chikezie, had everyone chorus in agreement
