The wickedness going on by Mr Ifeanyi Okowa against my senior friend Ned Nwoko should not be allowed to succeed by Aniocha, Oshimili, Ukwuani and even Ika South people.

My only pain is that Ned trusts too much and too open minded.

When he called me severally to work with Okowa for Presidency, I told him in his house and on phone that he will be Okowa’s first victim. He didn't believe me. I told him about Okowa's betraying lifestyle but he discarded it.

Today, Okowa has pulled the rug off his feet. Senators of Anioma extraction are accorded the honor and privilege of producing the council chairman from their own LG but for the first time in history, Okowa rubbished this unwritten law and produced ALL the LG Chairmanship aspirants leaving Ned with NONE.



Okowa has no moral right to go back to the Senate, the same Senate that Ned's 11 months surpassed his own four wasted Senate years? It is the height of political treachery to deny Ned Nwoko the right to produce the council chairman. It is not only a slap on Ned but a historical blow to his political sagacity that he remains the only Anioma Senator who was not allowed to nominate his LG Commissioner but also denied his first right of refusal to nominate who flies the party's flag in the council election because of Okowa's political greed.



I feel for Ned who in this trying political terms is still seeing himself as a PDP leader. He has been ostracised already and the earlier he begins to plan his political exit, the better for him. If he waits for Okowa to publicly humiliate him first, the little honor he has left as the most acceptable Anioma politician currently would be thrown to the dogs.

Okowa who doesn't forgive is yet to forgive him for contesting against him years back. The only reason he allowed him Ned to run is because Peter Nwaoboshi became Okowa's political enemy too. Now that Nwaoboshi is not likely to run, Okowa has resumed his unforgiveness against Ned that he must pay for.

It's just a matter of time before Ned will be publicly insulted during party meeting and the time is close.

To Aniomas, this battle do not belong to Ned alone but to all of you. Okowa cannot hold you all to political ransom, determining for you who gets what politically. James Ibori as the natural leader of Delta State politics never determined all the positions in Delta Central. He allowed leaders from their LGs have their way. Why allow Okowa and his boys ride on you all?

You people think Ned will be the loser? Just watch. Like a Phoenix, Ned will rise above this and hopefully stronger.
